Lasso’s free market agenda is embraced by many. However, there are concerns about his motives. For instance, his plans to privatize the Pacific Bank may constitute a conflict of interest as Lasso’s son heads the private banker’s association.

Overall, Lasso will undoubtedly face challenges pushing his concervative agenda as he does not have a majority in congress.
